At CrossFit Construct, we provide training programs that teach and constantly reinforce a strong and healthy lifestyle. We are a strength and conditioning gym that primarily utilizes the CrossFit methodology. Our programming is designed to help each individual tackle their own sport or individual fitness goals. Our workouts are constantly varied but our principles are not. Optimal physical fitness and general well-being are only achieved through a healthy lifestyle and structured training routine. At Construct, you will learn to identify and overcome your specific weaknesses. We understand that each individual trains for a multitude of different reasons, but our programs will provide you with the skills you need to tackle any activity whether it be sports or just everyday life.
CrossFit Construct is a 6,000 sq. ft. athletic training facility located at 325 N. Hoyne Ave. in Chicago, IL. We have no mirrors or televisions on the walls, but we have plenty of squat racks and pull up bars. Our gym is designed to train members in various aspects of fitness including Olympic lifting, power lifting, speed and agility training, plyometric training, etc.
